i have two birthdates.
and to tell you frankly, i was aware of that fact only when i turned 18 i think.
ang gulo di ba?
pero that was nice. you know why?
coz other people made it a point to make those 2 days special.
my birth certificate is the one to blame.
ang dami typo errors. including my name.
most people would have that name, "Mary Grace".
but it is a different case with me, i am "Marygrace".
just one word.
ever since i was aware how to write my name, "MARY GRACE MALLARI" lagi ang sinusulat ko.
and then one day (this was during my college days)
i was browsing through my "abubot" and I saw this diploma,
my high school diploma. and it came to me in a shock.
"Marygrace P. Mallari" i mean, cno un?
is it me? ndi un ang name ko ata ah!
and then i came to realize everything when my mother explained it all to me.
MALI ANG NAG-TYPE NG BIRTH CERTIFICATE KO!!!
another error, my REAL birthdate is on September 16,1988.
i was celebrating that date for almost 17 years.
tapos ska ko malalaman na..
my "legal" birthdate is every September 15th!
haha.. sounds weird.. but that's me eh! :)
